How To Use The FAQ Frequently Asked Questions Search Box. First click on "Browse the FAQ" located above.
When the FAQ Search Box appears, click on the "open" icon (a square box between the - and x icons) at the top right corner of the FAQ box in order to maximize the FAQ page. In the Search: box at the top of the FAQ page, click on - All Topics -. A list of topics to search will appear. Choose the topic you want to search and click on it. This will bring up this topic in the Search: box. In the For: box either type in the topic being searched for as listed above in the Search: box, or other words that you are searching for. Click on the green arrow at the right end of the Search: box.
A list of the FAQ questions relative to your query will appear below under the Search Results. Click on a question and both the question and answer will appear. To back track in the sequence, click on the green arrow at the upper left corner of the page. To list on the page all of the FAQs whenever needed, click on the Topics button at the top of the page. To exit the FAQ home page click on the "close" icon (the x icon) at the upper right corner of the display screen.
If you do not see the FAQ and answer that you are looking for, you may enter your question by clicking on ? Ask at the top of the page, or on the Submit Question bar at the bottom of the page. Fill out the form provided, and send it to Novalek by e-mail. An appropriate "specialist" will e-mail your personalized answer to you.
